Starting your ideas for your product is a lot of problems you should to listened or by experienced or even discover. starting a new business can be challenging as new development and with technology the world connectivity. It should be well thought out by following the broad steps to develop a strategic vision so that you can anticipate the struggles, the pros, or the cons and seek long-term success. As being Environmental student who lacks knowledge on how to establish a business or become an entrepreneur.

GEE 16 Lecture Series 2. Having the speaker Ms. Jannine s. Eballe the CEO of J Consultare, shared her Startup Journey, and how her company start and became successful, sharing her special Skill can help to build a business company and to convey. Just like the speaker Ms. Jannine, who loves traveling and discovered ideas that could be an opportunity that could be profitable, so took the risk to build a startup company with her experiences, the knowledge she has learned, and Skills. This lecture is it has a lot of good advice, very knowledgeable, and inspiring for me and for startup students. and I have learned that you should learn, enhance or learn different skills, follow and work your passion, invest and learn them to grow, don't Give up if you fail, and learn from the past.

GEE 16 Lecture Series 3 with speaker Ms. Alice Therese L. Caballeda, discussed how start-up funding works and strategies for business pitching, to convince the investor to fund your ideas or product that business startup and to succeed in the long term. This lecture is very informative and also talks about what steps to follow when starting a business, what to consider when creating a start-up, and making sure I will use it or think from a customer perspective to ensure it would flourish and provide true-life experiences or experiences that will guide us as we venture into the world of business.  And give some ideas to simply present our pitch dick to the investor or panel, and should understand the ideas we present.
the knowledge from this lecture series and this subject will be useful in the future because I may start my own business and will surely apply the knowledge and experience, I've learned. I should learn different kinds of skills, and ideas, learn more and socialize.

        Intellectual property work or invention that is the result of creativity, such as a manuscript or a design, to which one has rights and for which one may apply for a patent, copyright, trademark, etc. Intellectual property refers to the creations of the mind. It can be an invention (patent/utility model), a design (industrial design), a brand name (trademark, or a literary and artistic work (copyright). Invented property is a broad term that refers to a collection of companies or individuals of intangible assets that are legally protected from unauthorized use or implementation. Intangible property is a non-physical asset that belongs to an individual or company. It refers to the idea that certain products of human intelligence should be protected in the same way that material goods, also known as tangible assets, are protected. Legal protection for both types of buildings exists in many economically developed countries.

        The GEE16 (The Entrepreneurial Mind) classes regularly conduct a Lecture Series program intending to expose students to multiple critical elements of innovation and entrepreneurship through the unique opportunity to see and hear insights and viewpoints from diverse speakers from varied industries. Drs. Gamaleila and other faculties prepare us and give us post-study tests, which can test our knowledge if we have some background information about the topic, including intellectual property rights, patent cycle, etc. related to descriptive intellectual property. what it means and how important intellectual property rights are.

    According to Dr. Gamaleila A. Dumancas, intellectual property is the "Creation of Mind," which means that these ideas and innovations are created. These inventions, as well as our ideas, will then be turned into tangible objects such as designs, Logo symbols, artwork, paintings, or anything created ideas a product considered yours and anything else that a person who invented them or ideal plan. This intellectual property is useful for those who want to protect their works and keep others from copying them or stealing them, from the original owners. In addition, intellectual property is important to the economy because it can assist in the development, licensing, and commercialization of a product or concept in the real world of business. Also, the protection of the intellectual property is important in promoting renaming. Without the protection of ideas, businesses and individuals would not be able to reap the full benefits of their inventions and would have some benefits more, by developing or upgrading their inventions or ideas.

These are the main stages of the intellectual property cycle, which can be important business assets.

        This lecture has been a great opportunity for me to learn more about intellectual property, which will be useful to me, as soon as I have a plan to open a business and create my own trademark, and what are some processes to register.
